Meet Workers Assignments: Each Team in the League is assigned
worker positions needed to be filled for Championships both in the summer and
in the winter. For each position that is assigned but NOT filled the team
responsible is then fined $100 per position. GNY still has some positions open.
Anyone who is willing to volunteer must contact Lisa Nienaber at (NienaberL@kwfdn.org).
Any
positions not filled will be ASSIGNED to families who have not yet signed up.
This meet is very large and can not be run without the cooperative help of all
families on all teams.
Entries: Meet entries for this weekend are posted on the bulletin
board and are attached if you receive this via email.
Warm-up Times: Warm-up times and timelines for the prelims and finals
sessions are attached in the email and posted on the bulletin board. Please
make sure swimmers arrive 15 minutes BEFORE the assigned warm-up times in their
suits with goggles and caps ready (bring extra).
Deck Passes: I received Deck Passes in the mail today and will have them
at practice in the morning on Thursday. Swimmers must have these passes with
them to get on deck.
